Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Solar Balloon Lantern! We are committed to delivering your decorative solar lanterns efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments. This fee applies regardless of the number of items in your order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, we use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Solar Balloon Lantern is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solarballoonlantern.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.

9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries

Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process.
